Just bought a steam controller the other day so I'm interesting in seeing how Halo feels with that compared to a 360 controller. Simply stated, I prefer controller over keyboard and mouse specifically for Halo due to the amount of time played on console. Sure, when I play Halo with four Xboxes I know if I could wiggle my nose and give myself a mouse and keyboard I could probably get more kills, but we're all using controllers, so why stress it? M&K will out range you if you have no aim assist at that distance. You can turn faster with M&K. Controller is good for the Ghost since the shots are hard to hit so the aim assist helps. Controller is good for warthog driving, Falcon flying, and mongoose. I've had equal experience playing on controller and Keyboard and Mouse for Halo.
